Highly recommend these boots. I bought them in black suede and brown and 2 years in they still look gorgeous. They are cumfy as anything - definitely an all day shoe for me...and they sexy up skinny jeans in an instant!

This book was invaluable when I was deciding whether or not to try Keto. It gets into the science of Keto and I really appreciated learning how a Ketogenic lifestyle can ultimately heal our bodies from the inside out. The recipes are delicious, though they will get nearly every dish in your kitchen outta the cupboards - lol! I also liked that the recipes are mostly dairy free. I personally rely on dairy too much with Keto - so it's nice to reference back to this book and clean it up a bit. And the Mocha Latte Panna Cotta officially got me through the sweet tooth transition. Enjoy!
